3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster) in Germany: domainfactory GmbH, Oskar-Messter-Str. 33, 85737 Ismaning, Germany. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster’s servers.

When you access our website, the hoster automatically collects and stores information in server log files which your browser transmits automatically. This includes:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Host name of the accessing computer
• Time of the server request
• IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and the optimisation of our website. Log files are deleted after a short period in accordance with the hoster’s retention policy. We have concluded a data processing agreement with our hoster in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

If you contact us by email, your enquiry including all personal data you provide (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your request and for possible follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). The data remains with us until you request its deletion, withdraw your consent or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
